General Provisions and Scope

• Company Information: Kinetra is a digital fitness platform based in the UAE. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and Kinetra regarding your access to and use of kinetrauae.com.

• Acceptance: By clicking "Join Now", "Start Membership", "Book Your First Workout", or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

• Amendments: Kinetra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Membership and Subscription Tiers

• Tier Structure: Kinetra offers tiered memberships:

  • Starter: 1 month duration.

  • Momentum: 3-month duration.

  • Elevate: 6-month duration.

  • Performance: 9-month duration.

  • Elite: 12-month durations.

• Free Trial: All new memberships include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the 14th day, your chosen payment method will be charged for the full membership fee.

• Automatic Renewal: Memberships are set to renew automatically at the end of the term. You may disable auto-renewal in your account settings at any time.

 

Digital Ticketing and Fulfillment

• Delivery: Upon successful booking, a digital ticket with a unique QR code will be sent to your registered email address and found under the My Events tab under your account.

• Entry Requirements: You must present the digital ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, at the event entrance for scanning by a Kinetra representative.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend an event without prior notification to the event host, the ticket is considered "used" and is non-refundable.

 

Participant Conduct and Safety

• Equipment Use: While Kinetra provides basic equipment on-site, participants are responsible for using the equipment as instructed. Any damage to equipment caused by negligence may be charged to the participant.

• Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 years or older. Minors may only participate if a specific "Family" or "Youth" event is designated and a legal guardian provides a signed waiver.

• Prohibited Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior at our group sessions. Kinetra reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without a refund if they violate community standards.

 

Liability and Indemnification

• Assumption of Risk: Fitness events carry inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk.

• Medical Disclaimer: Kinetra does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for ensuring your physical health is adequate for the intensity of the event.

• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinetra, its directors, employees, and partner instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or breach of these terms.
